Privacy Policy

Cloudflare serves the public website and processes connection details such as your IP address and the pages requested to deliver and protect it. Watching the public sample does not require your photo. If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles authentication and we use your Google account identifier, email address and sign-in status to create or recognize your account. We may also receive your profile name or photo. We do not receive your Google password.

Uploading sends the photo to the service so you can preview and select it. On the hosted site, Cloudflare processes the image and stores a sanitized copy in private R2 storage. D1 holds account, session and upload records such as the file reference, owner, dimensions and expiry. We record the photo declaration you submit. You must be 18 or older and the only person shown.

If generation is enabled, confirming a job sends the selected photo and generation instructions to MiniMax through its China-region API. They are needed to render your appearance in the generated performance. We keep the job ID, status and delivery details to return the video to your account and handle failures. A private preview alone does not send the photo to the video model. We seek separate permission before using your photo or result as a public sample.

Cloudflare provides hosting and private storage for the public site. Google processes the sign-in if you choose it and handles messages sent to our Gmail support address. Depending on which features you use, information may be processed outside your country. A provider's region for one operation does not establish where every copy is kept. We have not verified a retention period or model-training exclusion for MiniMax under our current account. Ask us before submitting a photo if either affects your decision.

A signed-in photo upload normally expires after 24 hours, and you can delete it sooner using the upload controls. An active or unresolved job may still need its input. Finished videos are normally available to download for seven days. Check the expiry shown for the item you want to keep. Losing access, deleting a source photo and deleting a finished video are separate events. Storage cleanup and deletion of copies held by a provider may take place later.

If your account offers a PayPal checkout and you choose to use it, PayPal processes the payment details. We will use the order reference, amount, payment or refund status, and linked job ID to fulfil the order and resolve disputes. When you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We keep account, security, support and transaction records as needed for the account, the case and applicable recordkeeping obligations. A photo's 24-hour expiry does not apply to those records.

The site uses necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect requests, remember your language or preserve progress in the creation form. Blocking them may interrupt sign-in or clear a draft. Private media is subject to account and ownership checks. The operator and providers may process it as needed for the features described here or to investigate a problem.

You can ask for access, a copy, a correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw permission for future consent-based use. Email [email protected] from your account email if possible, and include a job or order ID if relevant. We may ask for the minimum information needed to find the record and verify the request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full card details. Withdrawing permission does not undo a completed generation. If we must retain a record or cannot complete part of a request, we will explain why. You may also complain to the competent privacy authority.

We will update this notice when enabled features, recipients or the way we use your information materially change. We will give notice before applying a new use and ask for fresh permission when required.
