What if my video does not arrive?
If your video is still processing, check My videos before starting another order. If a technical failure prevents delivery, you get your free try or pack credit back. For a video bought individually, the full charge is refunded to the original payment method. For a damaged file or a duplicate charge, contact us with the job or order ID.

What video do I get?

Does the video have sound?
Yes. You’ll hear vocals and a backing beat in both the preview and the download. The AI singing voice can sound different from your own.
Is my first video free?
Yes. Your first finished video is free. If it fails to generate, you get that free try back.
Who can see my photo?
Choosing a file previews it on your device. Uploading saves a private copy to your account for up to 24 hours. Only when you confirm creation do we send that photo to the video service to make your performance.
How long does it take?
There is no fixed wait time. You can close the page and return to My videos to check your progress. Download the result before the expiry date shown there, normally seven days after completion.
Will watching the sample cost me anything?
